Creamy Mango Kulfi Recipe

Summer has knocked the door and this year it is breaking all the records. Say goodbye to oily food for sometime and say yes to icecreams and juice. There is no person who hates icecreams. But now you don't need to go to ice creams shops to by icecreams or you don't need expensive ice cream makers because you can make a ice cream at your home only. Here I am presenting you the quick and simple recipe for Mango Kulfi.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Mango Puree
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Instructions:
Make mango puree and saffron cream:
Add mango puree to a pot. Put it on medium heat and stir it uniformly, until it reduces to 1/2 cup. Once decreased to 1/2 cup, Put mango puree into the refrigerator for cooling.
Then to make saffron cream, Add 1/2 cup of cream into a microwave until it begins to boil. Then, remove from microwave and put the saffron into it and keep it in the refrigerator too for cooling.
Make Mango Kulfi
- Take a bowl and combine saffron cream and remaining cream and mix it properly.
- Now, add condensed milk, cardamom powder, and cooked mango puree. Mix again for about 1 minute.
- Now put this mixture into small bowls and. keep it in the freezer over the night and your mango kulfi is ready to eat
