Barbeque Paneer Tikka Recipe

Everybody loves to eat tandoori dishes and barbeque is already trending nowadays. Barbeque Paneer Tikka is the perfect dish as a starter. Today I am presenting you the very easy recipe for the Barbeque Paneer Tikka. In my previous post, I have shared with you the Recipe for Veg Momos. The first thing comes to mind is barbeque when you are going to make Paneer Tikka. Not everyone has a barbeque at their home. So there is no need to worry because you can make this paneer tikka in the oven also. Here I am providing you the simple way to prepare the paneer tikka.
Ingredients For Marination:
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chat Masala
- 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
- Salt
Ingredients For Paneer Tikka:
- 10-15 Paneer Cubes
- 5-6 Onion Cubes
- 5-6 Capsicum Cubes
- 5-6 Tomato Cubes
- Coriander Properly Chopped
- Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Mix all the marination ingredients and put all the paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes and tomato cubes. Now keep it for 2-3 hours for proper marination.
- Now pre-heat the oven. Put a cooling rack over a roasting pan and set aside.
- Now thread the paneer cubes, tomato cubes, capsicum cubes and onion cubes alternately in the skewer.
- Place the skewers in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes and then turn the skewers and bake it for 7-8 minutes. Grilled it properly and after completion take out safely. Now brush them with butter and spray the lime juice on it. Spread the coriander on it. Your Barbeque Paneer Tikka is ready to be served.
