Veg Momos Quick Recipe

Nobody hates street food, everybody loves to go around and try out the street food. There are a variety of dishes are present in the market. Momos are very popular for such as a long time amongst youth and all. All just love this dish with spicy chutney. But now it's possible to make this dish at your home with our recipe. Trust me you will love this momos more than the restaurant one. There different types of momos present such as veg momos, meat momos, chicken momos and more. Meanwhile, you can also try out the new dish schezwan chicken lollipop. Now without wasting any time here is the quick recipe for veg momos.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of All purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon- Oil
- Cabbage Chopped
- Carrot Chopped
- Onion Chopped
- Green chilies
- Salt
- Garlic and Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon- Soya Sauce
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Take a bowl and add the oil, salt, and flour, mix it well then add heated water which will make it soft.
- To prepare the vegetable filling, Take a frying pan, heat up the oil and all the vegetables into it- chopped cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and salt. Now cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now add soya sauce and black pepper to it and cook it well. Now turn off the gas and keep it aside.
- Now its time to roll out the mixed flour to make it in a circle shape.
- Add the vegetable filling into it and cover it properly and seal the top for no leakage.
- Now place all the momos in the steamer. Take a pot filled with water and boil it. Place the steamer in that pot now let it steam for 10 minutes.
- Your momos are ready to serve with red chili chutney.
