Palak Paneer Easy Recipe

Palak Paneer is a dish loved by everyone. It is the perfect combination of paneer and spinach and results into a yummy dish. But mostly all the people fails to cook it at home with perfect taste due to the improper recipe. But today I am sharing you the restaurant style palak paneer recipe that will succeed you in making wonderful palak paneer dish. Paneer is loved by everyone and in my last recipe I have shared the Recipe forBarbeque Paneer Tikka and received a good appreciation for that. So take look at my this recipe which will surely impress you. It can be taken with chapati, tandoori roti, bread or rice, its completely up to how you want to enjoy this dish.




Ingredients:

  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 300 gram Paneer
  • 1/4 tablespoon Baking soda
  • 3 Green chili
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 4 Dry red chilies
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 6 Chopped Garlic
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • Salt and 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cream


Instructions:

  • Take a large pot, put the water and boil it.
  • Clean the spinach with water properly.
  • Now add the spinach along with baking soda and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Take out the spinach and mix it with green chilies and grind it.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the red chilies and cumin seeds.
  • Then add the chopped onion and garlic into it and fry it till onion turns into brown color.
  • Now add tomato along with garam masala and coriander powder to it and fry for 4 minutes.
  • Put the spinach paste into the frying pan.
  • Add paneer pieces and water into it and cook it until it boils. Add the salt to it.
  • At last, add the lemon juice and cream into it and palak paneer is ready.
